Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have several years of experience and a proven track record of success leading a sales team to achieve targeted results. As Sales Manager, you must have a hands-on approach to leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and desk deals, possess excellent closing skills and train daily. Honda experience is highly preferred. CDK experience is a plus!
What do we offer?
The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($134, 100 to $249, 900), which includes commissions on (Commissions – “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses – "Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
