What You Will Be Responsible For
- Driving the performance of the entire sales department
- Leading both new and used vehicle operations
- Setting expectations and holding the team accountable to results
- Coaching daily, correcting fast, and celebrating wins
- Desking deals and closing when needed
- Owning numbers, processes, and outcomes
