Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Specialist to join our high-volume used car reconditioning operation. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision work and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality paintless dent repair on used vehicle inventory
• Remove door dings, minor creases, and hail-related dents where applicable
• Maintain OEM-quality standards while meeting reconditioning timelines
• Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams to support inventory turn
• Keep work area organized and equipment maintained

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
• Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred
