About the Team:
As an Analyst Lead, Testing, you will not only ensure the highest quality of our fintech products but also drive AI-augmented quality engineering, enabling faster, smarter, and more reliable delivery.
This role blends deep QA expertise with modern platform skills and AI-assisted productivity — empowering teams to work efficiently in a cloud‑native, automation-first environment.
What you will be doing:
Lead end-to-end testing activities for complex financial applications, including functional, integration, and system-level testing.
Create and maintain detailed test plans, scenarios, test scripts, and reusable test assets.
Drive both manual and automated testing efforts for UI and API layers.
Manage defect lifecycle, lead triage discussions, and ensure timely resolution.
Consult on development/testing processes, quality practices, audits, and measurement frameworks.
Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio to accelerate test design, documentation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
What you bring:
6+ years of related experience in QA / software testing space.
Minimum 4 years of automated testing experience.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud fundamentals.
Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration, including using the Kubernetes Dashboard for monitoring and validation.
Experience working with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines, build verification, automated test triggers, and pipeline troubleshooting.Automation Tools & Programming
4+ years of hands-on experience with test automation.
Strong familiarity with API testing tools like Bruno and Rest Assured, and frameworks such as BDD/TDD.
Experience with Cucumber and BDD-driven automation scripting.
Proficiency in UI automation tools like Selenium (Java), Protractor, or Cypress
