A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.

The People Science team at Roblox supports our Talent Acquisition organization and broader People, Places, & Systems group with applied statistics and data science. Our core mission is leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and optimize processes across the talent lifecycle.

You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and assessing strategic automation and digital transformation projects for our recruiting team. This role is critical in streamlining workflows, reducing administrative burden, and enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities. Success means empowering our stakeholders to scale hiring efforts and ensure that all processes are supported by validated, consistent, accurate data.

You Will

  • Own the processes and systems that ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and standardized data reporting for the Talent Acquisition team. Define and operationalize standard operating procedures, coordinate non-automatable work with a particular lens on scalable systems, ease of use, and long-term viability.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards, integrations, and applications using no code and low-code tooling like Google App Scripts, Airtable, and Hex for auditing and tracking data integrity.
  • Maintain any automations through regular audits, de-bugging and redesign as systems evolve. You own your solutions end-to-end and know the dependencies that rely on their accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Recruiting, People Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other departments to drive impactful and coordinated recruiting initiatives.
  • Leverage sources like Greenhouse, Goodtime, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and to build and implement solutions.

You Have:

  • Proven Automation Expertise: 3+ years of experience leading and implementing automation projects, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR function.  Experience with relevant automation tools and ATS systems is essential.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and API concepts. Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports. Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.  Comfort working closely with engineering and IT teams.
  • Project Management Skills:  Experience managing projects from start to finish, including defining scope, developing timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress.  PMP certification or similar is a plus.
  • Communication & Collaboration Prowess: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.  Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or People Analytics is highly preferred.

You are:

  • Detail-oriented. You are committed to understanding the nuances of a system to best design a solution that addresses the niche issues as well as the most common aspects of a project
  • Committed to clarity. You provide clarity through all your work products: your code, your documentation, your project plans, your visualizations, your presentations, and your strategic recommendations.
  • Systematic and efficient. You don’t like to solve the same problem twice, and you are always on the lookout for reusable solutions. You create well-documented systems and procedures rather than approaching each new problem in isolation.
  • Impact-focused. You are keenly aware that the true value of a system lies in its adoption, and you prioritize stakeholder enablement and tool usability to ensure your work drives measurable business outcomes.
