Job Summary
• This role is responsible for providing leadership guidance in the development, implementation, and optimization of robotic automation solutions. The role ensures successful integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration. The role contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business. The role acts as a functional manager within area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction.

Responsibilities
• Works closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
• Helps to drive the standardization of business process across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams.
• Identifies process gaps and provides recommendations to alter or reengineer processes prior to automation.
• Works with the business and internal team to identify and analyze opportunities for automation.
• Performs due diligence and assessment of business processes to determine target processes ideal for automation.
• Adheres to client standards for automation development, coding standards, best practices, security and processes.
• Develops best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates, efficiency and quality of process / product.
• Establishes and defines roles and responsibilities, stakeholders, potential road blocks, and risks.
• Ensures automation projects adhere to set standards and solution architecture.
• Conducts discovery workshops and trainings on best practices and methodologies.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, agile development methodology, or a related field.
