We’re seeking a Recruiting Manager to support and streamline high-impact Partner searches across geographies.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a hands-on, detail-driven professional who can operate as both a project manager and operations specialist in a fast-paced, confidential environment. You will work directly with the Chief Talent Officer to manage the lateral partner hiring process through coordinating agencies, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations
- Manage lateral partner recruiting processes end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at each stage.
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communication for candidate interviews and evaluations.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for agencies, ensuring alignment on priorities, updates, and timelines.
Project Management
- Supports talent branding and recruitment marketing while maintaining hiring and contact trackers, dashboards, and process documentation.
- Anticipate and manage dependencies between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders (including partners and firm leadership) are briefed and prepared ahead of interviews or decision meetings.
- Monitor process bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements.
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment on tools, workflows, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Marketing) to ensure clarity and alignment on hiring activity and approvals.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion while supporting the Chief Talent Officer in ensuring a consistent, professional, and exceptional candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5–7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in professional services, legal, or consulting environments.
- Proven experience managing or supporting senior-level or executive searches.
- Ability to work and collaborate during U.S. time zone business hours at least twice per week.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Operates independently with a strong sense of initiative, anticipating needs, while effectively collaborating with senior leaders.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and CRMs.
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and handle sensitive information.
