We are seeking an enthusiastic AI & Automation Engineer to join our newly created team, being a key part of building out the UMG strategy further to continue taking advantage of new technologies and opportunities in this space. Proven experience articulating and delivering value to cross-functional Tech teams by being across options in this space and advising system owners of options, then implementing these solutions with a combination of internal resources and external partners.
This role is a key part of increasing the use of AI and wider automation tools within the global UMG network, advocating for solutions, influencing other teams in a friendly and inclusive manner. A high degree in initiative is required, being a positive self-starter who gets things done.
Job Functions:
Take part in developing and executing the UMG strategy around automation and AI tools across a wide range of technologies.
Identify and manage new opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency and improve business experiences.
Be a key part of the end-to-end development and deployment of AI & automation processes and solutions, oversee and influence cross-functional teams.
Championing change management, fostering a culture that adopts AI/Automation as key parts of our strategic vision.
Build business cases that highlight the value of AI/Automation to the business to support investment decisions within the technology space.
Monitor and present on the impact of the AU/Automation solutions in place.
Stay current on the latest trends in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Oversea and track progress on AI and automation projects.
Manage Technology and Vendor Relationships.
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
Solid technical knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team as well as individually.
Great communication skills, translating between business outcomes and technical specs.
Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technology throughout the organization.
Experience in change management both from a project management perspective and from being able to positively deliver change across team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry with proven experience within the AI & Automation space.
Experience in developing and implementing AI and automation projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Service, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Experience with automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and ActiveCampaign.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent combination of formal education and applicable experience required.
