Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of understanding the purpose of the tasks and proactively seek information.

  • Design, implement, and execute automated test cases using Robot Framework for software changes or to increase test automation coverage.

  • Plan and execute manual testing for software changes, including early informal testing and formal verification.

  • Document the verification clearly and unambiguously.

  • Participate in other Scrum team activities based on team priorities, for example, refine verification execution.

  • Develop testing practices and team’s working methods.

  • Interact seamlessly in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, global environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

  • Willingness to take on a broad role that includes testing using various methods (such as manual and automated testing) as well as documentation

  • Experience testing embedded devices

  • Familiarity with Robot Framework

  • Experience scripting or programming, preferably with Python

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., code generation, test automation) to improve development quality and efficiency

  • Desire to challenge the implementation to improve product quality

  • Systematic and thorough approach to problem solving

  • Strong IT skills

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Motivation to grow and adapt as the role and technologies evolve

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
