The Audio/Visual Systems Support Technician provides a wide array of technical support to the client campus community. This position is the primary contact for the preparation and execution of A/V needs at events across campus. They also play an integral role in enabling teaching and learning through the support and installation of a vast array of technologies in classroom, meeting and other large-group spaces.
Reporting to the Manager of User Services, this position also often interfaces directly with client campus members in various administrative, academic and student life environments to provide direct support for a multitude of office technologies.
This individual must exhibit an exceptional commitment to customer service and be adaptable, self-directed, possess strong communication skills, and serve as a fully functioning member of the IT team.
