As a key member of our team, you’ll be the organizational backbone for high-performing attorneys, ensuring seamless operations and extraordinary client experiences. You’ll manage complex calendars across time zones, handle sensitive communications, and take ownership of billing, travel, and document workflows. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and attorney productivity.

SCHEDULE
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including lunch hour, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

In New York, the expected base salary range for this role is $72,000 to $105,500 per year.
This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
