Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

• Participer à la rédaction, la relecture et la révision de contrats commerciaux (NDA, contrats de vente et d’achat, contrats de services, contrats fournisseurs, etc.).
• Contribuer aux activités de gouvernance d’entreprise en préparant la documentation juridique formelle, notamment les documents du conseil, les procurations et les formalités juridiques.
• Réaliser des recherches juridiques sur des questions de droit commercial et de droit des sociétés à l’international, y compris en lien avec des litiges, afin de produire des notes juridiques structurées.
• Préparer des notes internes, des rapports synthétiques et des présentations.
• Participer au traitement de sujets liés à la propriété intellectuelle.
• Collaborer avec des équipes transverses et multinationales.

Ce stage est fait pour vous si vous :

• Êtes titulaire d’un Master 2 en Droit des Affaires ou en Droit Aérien & Spatial.
• Vous intéressez aux opérations commerciales internationales dans le secteur aéronautique.
• Avez une compréhension générale des cadres de gouvernance d’entreprise.
• Êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement multiculturel.
• Maîtrisez l’anglais et le français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, et savez rédiger des textes juridiques clairs.
• Maîtrisez les outils informatiques, notamment le pack Microsoft Office.
• Possédez les qualités suivantes : esprit d’équipe, curiosité, adaptabilité, sens de l’organisation, attention au détail, proactivité.

Durée : 6 mois.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team. The internship offers hands-on exposure to varied legal matters and corporate governance in a multinational environment. The intern will work closely with a team of experienced in-house counsels and business stakeholders in different regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and revising commercial agreements (NDAs, sales and purchase contracts, service agreements, supplier contracts etc…)
• Support corporate governance activities by preparing formal corporate documentation  including board documentation, powers of attorney and corporate filings.
• Conduct legal research on international corporate and commercial issues, including with respect to disputes and litigation to produce structured legal summaries.
• Prepare internal memos, summaries reports and presentations.
• Assist with intellectual property-related matters.
• Collaborate with multi-national cross-functional teams.

This internship is designed for you if you:

• Are a holder of a MASTER of Laws (Master II) in Business Law or Air & Space Law.
• Are interested in international business transactions in the aviation field.
• Have basic understanding of corporate governance frameworks.
• Have the ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment.
• Have language skills: fluency in written and spoken English and French and ability to draft legal prose with clarity.
• Have IT skills: fluency with Microsoft office pack.
• Master the following soft skills: team-player, curious, adaptable, organized, attention to detail, proactive.

Calendar

Starting date: June 1, 2026 for six (6) months.

How does the recruitment process work?
