Au sein du département RH, vous intégrez l’équipe Human Resources Business Partners (RH de proximité) et interviendrez en support des HRBPs dans leurs activités quotidiennes et dans leurs projets à long terme. L’équipe HRBP est la voix des RH dans le business et la voix du business au sein des RH.

Detailed description of the mission:
Within the HR department, you will join the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) team and support them in their daily activities as well as in their long‑term projects. The HRBP team is the voice of HR within the business and the voice of the business within HR.
In this context, your main activities will include:
• Supporting the HRBPs in the implementation of annual HR campaigns (performance review, salary review, development interviews, etc.) and in specific projects such as:
– Supporting organizational changes
– Career development and management through the Mobility Committee
– Implementing and monitoring the action plan resulting from the People Review
• Developing and updating HR processes
• Assisting the HRBPs in their various activities (personnel administration, career management, training, HR reporting, KPIs, etc.)
• Collecting and analyzing data/information related to ongoing topics and presenting them using appropriate formats (PowerPoint presentations and/or Excel tables) or creating communication materials.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
You are currently preparing a Master’s degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5 or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field.
You have the following skills:
• Strong team spirit
• Initiative‑taking and proactivity
• Enjoys challenges and evolving, fast‑paced, and diverse environments
• Ability to listen, advise, and communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders
Language skills:
• English: fluent
• French: fluent
• Italian: a plus
