Internship Objectives
Within the “Training, FAL Qualification & Tutoring” team, attached to the Quality Department and playing a key role in the HR process, you will contribute to:
• Analyze the current training and qualification process.
• Identify digitalization opportunities.
• Propose and develop simple digital solutions.
• Contribute to the user experience (trainees, tutors, managers).
Detailed description of the mission
Analysis & Diagnosis
• Map the current training and qualification process.
• Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for digitalization.
Design & Development
• Propose digital solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, M365 tools, LMS).
• Participate in the digitalization of evaluations, checklists, and document management.
• Develop or adapt tools to facilitate the planning and monitoring of qualifications.
Steering & Reporting
• Contribute to the creation of dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Define monitoring indicators for operational and HR teams.
Change Management
• Participate in user testing.
• Draft support materials and operating procedures.
• Assist trainers, tutors, and managers during deployment.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
• You are a student in a Bachelor’s to Master’s program (Human Resources, Quality, Organization, Engineering, Digital…).
• You have an interest in digital transformation and process optimization.
• You are proficient with office tools; knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• You have analytical skills, autonomy, and good interpersonal abilities.
• You are proactive and able to work independently.
