What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Assurance team ensuring high quality of client service delivery
- Refine SOPs and best practices and create operational playbooks
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and quality frameworks.
Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly dashboards to leadership (showcasing utilization, realization and productivity).
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Track and report on assurance performance metrics, training completion, and capability readiness.
- Collaborate with Finance for budgeting and forecasting.
Resource & Capacity Management
- Manage staffing strategy, allocation, and optimization.
- Ensure balanced workload distribution across teams.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning.
Team Development
- Partnering with Assurance L&D and the HR L&D team to streamline and align training programs, identifying training needs.
- Coordinate assurance training initiatives, including onboarding, refresher training, and capability development programs.
- Support performance evaluations and career development for Assurance colleagues, partnering with HR to ensure a fair performance appraisal and compensation strategy.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and inclusiveness.
Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives in automation, analytics, and workflow transformation.
- Drive efficiency improvements and scalable processes.
- Collaborate globally to align with firmwide operational goals.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience with at least 10 years in managerial roles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in professional services preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Big 4 or similar firms.
- Exposure to U.S. audit practices or global delivery models.
- Proficiency with BI dashboards, workflow systems, and resource tools.
