The AVP, EHR Channel leads Humana’s strategy and execution across EHR platforms, including Epic, athena, eCW, Oracle, and Veradigm amongst other existing and emerging partners. This leader owns the channel end-to-end, including implementations, with accountability for scaling provider EHR data exchange and workflow integration – driving measurable business value through the EHR ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for the EHR Channel across priority platforms, including Epic, athena, eCW, Oracle, Veradigm, and other existing and emerging partners.
- Own end-to-end channel performance, including product delivery, implementations, vendor coordination, provider adoption, and ongoing expansion.
- Translate enterprise priorities into channel strategies that strengthen EHR connectivity, workflow integration, and provider value.
- Lead execution across EHR-based data products, workflow products, and member-facing capabilities tied to the channel.
- Drive implementation of EHR capabilities from initial planning through deployment, adoption, and performance management.
- Partner across product, technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable and provider-ready solutions.
- Build and manage executive relationships with EHR vendors and strategic partners to align roadmaps, improve execution, and expand Humana’s presence across key platforms.
- Ensure Humana capabilities are effectively embedded into provider workflows and aligned to market, provider, and enterprise needs.
- Define and manage KPIs for adoption, utilization, implementation performance, workflow impact, vendor performance, and channel growth.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution barriers early, and drive resolution across internal and external teams.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across channel delivery, implementations, vendor management, and execution oversight.
- Continuously assess EHR vendor direction, provider demand, market shifts, and competitive movement to strengthen channel performance over time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in interoperability, digital health, healthcare technology, EHR partnerships, product management, implementations, or related functions, ideally in healthcare.
- Experience leading EHR-based products, platform partnerships, implementations, or provider-facing interoperability capabilities.
- Strong understanding of EHR workflows, healthcare operations, interoperability standards, and provider experience.
- Proven ability to lead across business, operational, technical, and external partner teams.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, platform roadmaps, and implementation delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of building high-performing teams and developing strong talent.
Location: Remote Nationwide (Louisville, KY preferred)
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$203,400 - $279,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
