• Clearing submissions, rating new & renewal quotes, processing policies and endorsements within written guidelines
• Manually bill premium for premium bearing transactions 
• Set up submissions and files and prepare loss runs
• Handle outstanding receivables
• Interact with agents/brokers as needed
• Maintain files to comply with internal and external audits
• Answer questions regarding Business Auto coverage as needed
