The Northbridge Associate Underwriter, New Graduate Program is a comprehensive 8-week educational program that jump-starts your career as an Underwriting Professional in the insurance industry.
Upon successful completion of the Graduate Program, Grads assume the role of Associate Underwriters within Northbridge’s industry leading Underwriting Team. Did we mention that this is program is paid as well?
What Do Underwriters Do?
Underwriting is an exciting and fast‑paced place to kick‑start your insurance career! As an Underwriter, you play detective—reviewing information, analyzing risks, and figuring out the best way to design insurance solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. You’ll collaborate with our Broker partners, jump in on renewals and new business opportunities, and work alongside our Actuarial and Corporate Underwriting teams to help shape smart, strategic decisions. It’s a dynamic role that blends analytical thinking with teamwork and problem‑solving, and it opens the door to tons of growth opportunities and career paths across the insurance industry.
