JOB PURPOSE
In conjunction with head of core functions such as Commercial/Digital/HR, leading the Digital learning development team to design and develop enabling solutions with strategic plan for improving continuously. It’s expected to upskill sales force with the behaviors to success in innovative commercial model to exceed target, develop stronger and industry leading digital learning solutions to enhance learning efficient, and also develop the trainer digital capability to improve learning effectiveness. This position need Co-work with Sales Capability & Learning Head about influencing and engage key stakeholders internal and external such as Commercial leaders of AZ China, Human Resources team, Digital leaders and leadership from each BU and also external vendors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Lead Digital Learning Development team to support AZC commercial training plan by designing and delivering Digital Learning ambition of 2030 (60%)
2. Team & Talent Development- coach and grow team member’s capability e.g. talent mapping, career pathway, competency development plan, talent review and development(20%)
3. Key stakeholder influencing and engaging- Collaborate with the Business Leader/HR/Leader of BU Training team/leader of digital & IT solution team and other core function to provide learning solution for organization and talent development(10%)
4. Business Acumen-Forecast the trend of Digital & AI development(internal and external) (10%)
