We are looking for a hands-on, quality-minded teammate who is interested in mechanical testing and product quality to join the first durability lab in Asia within our R&D team as a Test Technician.
This role will support durability testing for golf products and operate test equipment, record data, and improve testing processes.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on durability test equipment and machines (full training will be provided).
- Perform durability testing of golf products according to standard procedures (drivers/woods, irons, putters, wedges, etc.).
- Support recording and organizing test data; create clear, complete test records and documentation.
- Report any abnormalities during testing and support issue investigation with the team.
- Participate in improving and optimizing test methods and processes.
- Communicate with engineering, R&D, and product development teams; provide test observations and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and responsible; strong observation skills and basic problem analysis capability.
- Able to execute tests by following procedures and willing to learn new equipment and methods.
- Basic data organization skills (e.g., Excel or Minitab); data analysis experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently with good communication skills and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Experience in durability testing, mechanical testing, or related hands-on work.
- Experience with golf products or related product testing is a plus.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- Associate degree or technical diploma in engineering, materials science, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Proficiency with testing equipment and machinery, data acquisition systems, and software. Familiarity with industry standards and test methods.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare reports and documentation.
- Ability to lift and move testing samples up to 10 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office environment, but also laboratory and factory environment.
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
- Light physical effort equals frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
- The environment may include moderate to high noise levels during machine operation. Appropriate PPE will be provided.
