Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience in project management, or software development.
Ability to manage more than one project at a time, while maintaining solid communication and project management standards.
Willingness to pursue project management and/or Agile certifications.
Work experience in a changing environment, with the ability to seek clarity and drive progress through ambitious projects.
Proven ability to analyze issues, find practical solutions, and effectively resolve problems, contributing to a track record of overcoming challenges.
Demonstrated track record of supporting and enhancing technical teams and processes in a maturing organization, gaining an understanding of the dynamics in evolving business landscapes.
Competent written and verbal communication skills.
Some experience in one or more project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
Demonstrates a basic understanding and practice of Agile methodologies.
Shows developing leadership qualities, encouraging and guiding teams to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Project management and/or Agile certifications (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, ICP, CSM, etc.).
Eagerness to learn and actively contribute to team development.

$75,900-$151,700All other locations:
$63,100-$126,300Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
