The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM operations
• Handle privileged access requests and service tickets via ServiceNow
• Support onboarding of privileged and service accounts under guidance
• Perform password vaulting and basic policy execution
• Monitor PAM jobs, alerts, and scheduled tasks
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as required
• Follow SOPs and security controls for PAM operations
• Support audit evidence collection and compliance activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IAM / PAM / IT Operations
• Basic working knowledge of PAM concepts (BeyondTrust preferred)
• Understanding of AD, Windows, and Linux fundamentals
• Experience working in 24x7 shift-based environments
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Good communication and documentation skills

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to BeyondTrust or other PAM tools
• Security or IAM-related certifications (nice to have)
• Experience in large enterprise environments

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Automation experience.
• IAM primary controls experience.
