As an Associate Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – Level 1, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is FT remote.
In this job, you will:
Source and procure various commodities throughout multiple programs – Initiate Requests for Quotation, analyzing Supplier proposals, perform price analysis, and negotiations
Ensure compliance with all public law requirements (FAR and DFARS) as well as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations
Review, reconcile and approve supplier invoices
Interface and collaborate with Programs and other organizations within and outside of Global Supply Chain
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Global Supply Chain, Purchasing/ Procurement, Operations, and/or Business; in lieu of degree an additional 4 years’ of experience may be considered
Experience with SAP software
Experience in MS Office suite.
Written and verbal communication skills and be extremely organized
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within the Aerospace or Aviation Industry is preferred
Experience with FAR/DFAR
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, basic formulas and V-look ups

Primary Level Salary Range: $52,100.00 - $78,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
