Job Purpose"

  • The People Services & Support DM (India) Analyst is a member of the People Services & Support India (Rx and GCC) and plays a key role in the ensuring data quality, enablement of downstream applications and processes to perform as expected and maintaining a compliant People Services organization.  

  • This position requires an action oriented and hands-on professional, who will provide essential support in the Workday production for all Tier 1 Transactional Support related to Employee Life cycle and support of PS Service delivery obligations. 

  • This position requires an action oriented professional, who will provide essential support in the processing of employee data via manual data entry and automated bulk updates for a range of level 1 employee transactions.  

  • This position will work closely with the Customer Support team in India to provide Workday Transactional Support. 

  • The Data Management analyst will ensure high quality customer service delivery, meeting all KPI’s and other Metrics as determined by GSK globally, and where applicable, locally 

Key Responsibilities:

Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role.  

  • Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine Workday/Local transactional processing/approval 

  • Responsible for end-to-end completion on Workday and other required systems. 

  • Job/Pay/Grade Changes 

  • Hire Process 

  • Confirmation process 

  • Leaver’s process 

  • FnF Approvals/ Recovery 

  • Payroll input (Rx and GCC) 

  • One Time Payment (such as long service award)  

  • Personal Information / Legal Name Change 

  • HR bulk Upload (Workday clean up – positions, Orgs, etc) 

  • Clearing WD inbox actions 

  • Transactions related to Employee life cycle 

  • Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy & quality 

  • Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy. Drive Line Manager Comms and Capability building to ensure right Workday transactions and Data Validation and other required processes 

  • Understand and deliver services against Global Value Stream Metrics and standards. 

  • Manage complex reporting requests pertaining to Data requests from Stakeholders 

  • Uses Dashboard and available data analytics to ensure personal and team performance meets all agreed service standards  

  • Identify CI opportunities and work on process improvements. 

  • Uses knowledge management tools effectively to ensure accuracy of information and stays abreast of changes in knowledge management content.  

  • Serves as subject matter expert on HR transactions, processes and other services to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times, peer and stakeholder knowledge is current and fit for purpose and is able to identify and take corrective action when information appears out of alignment or incorrect 

  • Deliver against all compliance imperatives including support for local and global Data Audits, local legislative needs, protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.   

  • Take ownership for all relevant Service Operating Procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted Global standards. 

Experience:

4-5 yrs of relevant experience
