Purpose
This position is responsible to provide critical support to the implementation of the clinical trial study in the live /production environment and manage the client request by providing technical assistance in the implementation of the solutions ensuring the adherence to SOP’s.
Responsibilities
Need to provide support in various shifts on rotational basis.

• Skills Required : MS SQL(2019)
• Additional skills preferred: Basic Clinical Domain Knowledge

Education & Experience
Bachelor or Masters Degree in computer Application or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 0-1 years of experience in production Support role.
Additional Info
• Willing to work extended hours or on weekends during an emergency.
• Knowledge in the SDLC process.
