The Red Hat Engineering teams are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our Automotive Platforms team to work on the core components and release systems for the Red Hat In-Vehicle Operating System (RHIVOS).
The Automotive Platforms team works closely with product development to ensure our software is reliable, secure, and delivered efficiently. As RHIVOS continues to scale, our focus is on modernizing software delivery, improving supply chain security, and integrating cutting-edge tools to support the future of automotive technology.
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of the platform. You will collaborate within the team to design, validate, and support updates to CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, and core OS builds.
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced engineers to solve complex technical challenges and modernize our infrastructure. We'll need you to have a strong foundation in software engineering and a proactive mindset, as you'll be encouraged to adopt new technologies—including AI tools—to speed up development and automate workflows.
