Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in Coppell, TX.

The Shipping & Receiving  (Level B) assists with initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers. Processes receiving/shipping documentation. Packages and processes shipments. Assists with maintaining inventory of shipping/receiving supplies in Coppell, TX.

  • Knowledge of operating procedures for packaging and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, walking stackers, carts, dollies, box tapers).

  • General knowledge of transportation, shipping, receiving, and storage procedures to understand and identify potential requirements and impacts (e.g., Electrostatic Discharge [ESD], hazardous material, OSHA, EHS).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 1–3 years’ experience in shipping operations, warehouse outbound functions, or related logistics roles.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs frequently and up to 75lbs with assistance or equipment, per company policy.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

  • Proficiency with standard PC applications (email, spreadsheets) and experience with SAP/EWM-ERP shipping modules preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and labeling.

  • Ability to read and interpret packing lists, routing instructions, and shipping paperwork.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
