Reporting to a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a consultative partner to Hiring Managers at one of our manufacturing plants, helping attract and hire qualified talent for high‑volume hourly roles across our Supply Chain teams. You will cultivate strong business relationships, understand workforce needs, and manage searches throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. You will also build candidate pipelines to support ongoing staffing demands and contribute to projects that enhance how we attract and engage talent. This role will be onsite at one of the 3 manufacturing plant locations up to 5 days a week: Marshall, MO; Russellville, AR; Jackson, TN.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through hire for high‑volume hourly roles within our production facilities.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, including active and passive outreach using CRM and applicant tracking systems.
Conduct candidate interviews and summarize relevant experience for Hiring Managers.
Partner with HR business partners to prepare and present offers to internal and external candidates.
Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience through proactive communication and consistent follow‑through.
Consult with Hiring Managers and HR partners through strategy discussions, progress updates, and critical hiring milestones.
Identify and recommend process enhancements to elevate the overall candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of professional recruiting experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment and recruiting for production‑related roles.
Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday and candidate relationship management tools such as Phenom.
Skilled in developing and sustaining effective working relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
Comfort using data to guide recruitment decisions.
Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week at one of our manufacturing locations, with flexibility for occasional nights, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
