Associate Quality Systems Specialist (USM Inspector)

Boeing Global Services (BGS), Boeing Distribution Systems and Components, is looking for an Associate Quality Systems Specialist (USM Inspector) to support our Used Serviceable Material (USM) team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Inspect inbound Aircraft parts for correct and accurate identification and visible damage

  • Verifying documents are complete and accurate.

  • Out-bound orders are verified completely and undamaged.

  • Parts are correctly identified, and all associated paperwork matches batch and PO number

  • Data entry to ensure accurate records for aircraft parts.

  • Work with limited oversight

  • Create and review FAA 8130-3 Airworthiness documents

  • Create and review ATA 106 documents

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years SAP or similar data entry experience

  • 2+ years Microsoft Office

  • 1+ years working with a cross functional team

  • 1+ years process documentation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
