You will be instrumental in maintaining robust data integrity by managing system updates, reconciling balances, monitoring borrower ratings, investigating discrepancies, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively across departments will enable you to build strong peer networks while your attention to detail ensures that all regulatory obligations are met with precision. By providing support and training to junior team members, you will also contribute positively to the team's collective success.

  • Take ownership of investigation items assigned to the team, ensuring they are monitored closely and resolved promptly with thorough documentation.
