Associate Project Specialist- IOPS

Regeneron is currently looking for an Associate Project Specialist to join our IOPS Project Management team. The Associate Project Specialist uses knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry, and project management techniques. This team plans, coordinates and leads the business on various assignments throughout the IOPS organization.

As an Associate Project Specialist- IOPS a typical day might include the following:

  • Functions as a leader between functional areas to facilitate the advancement of initiatives.
  • Understands and removes operational constraints using expert knowledge of IOPS quality and manufacturing operation processes.
  • Creates, maintains, and executes timelines and manages other tools required to facilitate planning and coordination of deliverables.
  • Accountable to remove constraints to advancement of efforts/projects.
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to manage others across the business through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Assesses process issues and develops solutions to meet productivity and quality milestones and objectives. Develops tools and mechanisms for monitoring progress and problem solving with input from functional areas and management.
  • Translates ambiguity into actionable steps.
  • Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication between global functional areas.
  • Utilizes effective and out of the box problem solving, develops solutions and implements the fix. Connects the functional areas of IOPS to lead the progression of projects by collaboratively finding solutions.
  • Defines and documents working / best practices that can be used across projects with all relevant departments to ensure that project objectives are met.

To be considered for the Associate Project Specialist you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. You must have a BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; PMP certification a plus.

Salary Range (annually)

$62,355.00 - $92,400.00
