We are hiring an Associate Project Manager to start ideally in February or March 2026!

The role is fully homebased in the UK and is a non-travelling position.

This is a great opportunity to steer your career towards clinical trial management. It would suit a Clinical Project Specialist or Clinical Trial Specialist with multiple country direct exposure, looking for a global clinical trial management working environment

 You will be part of an innovative and global Biotechnology company, who pride themselves to be one of the world's leading independent biotechnology companies. They focus on areas with unmet medical need with the ambition to help reduce the social and economic burden of disease in society today.

What you will be doing

  • Support the global clinical trial management teams with the execution of clinical trials
  • Participate in study planning and set-up activities
  • Coordinate study-level Investigational Product arrangements, accountability and reconciliation
  • Process work requests to study management associate team
  • Support on vendor activities
  • Manage global versioning and distribution of informed consent forms (ICFs)
  • Create and manage study specific tools such as recruitment and retention materials and study newsletters

What is required

  • BS/BA/BSc in the sciences preferred or RN or above
  • Ideally 3 years’ direct work experience gained within a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company
  • Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information and/or unexpected events, ability to anticipate and resolve problems
  • Experience interacting with external vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.)
  • Policy, process and procedural conformance
  • Good organization, planning & communication skills
