What You'll Do
The Project Engineer will manage administratively small to medium scale projects, including, but not limited to:
- Utility / Facility /Infrastructure installations
- Office, lab, and manufacturing areas
- Manufacturing Facility and equipment upgrades
- Warehouse expansions
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Manage project financials, including maintaining budget and cash flow projections
- Assist in project scope, cost estimate, and RCE development
- Works closely construction teams to manage schedule, resources, scope, and adherence to internal and external standards and specifications
- Provide procurement activities including sourcing/qualifying suppliers & service providers, preparation for competitive bidding, adding new vendors to Abbott’s procurement systems, processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking on-time deliveries, etc.
- Provide coordination with project team and stake holders
- Provide communications of status and upcoming activities to project team, stakeholders, and management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, STEM, Project Management
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- OSHA 30hr or equivalent
- First Aid / CPR certification

The base pay for this position is
$50,700.00 – $101,300.00
