The opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated ThingWorx Support Developer to join our Global Industrial IoT Solution Delivery team. This role focuses primarily on supporting and maintaining existing ThingWorx applications deployed across multiple manufacturing sites. It is ideal for a junior-to-mid developer who wants to grow into a full-fledged IIoT Solution Developer.
How you’ll make an impact:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing ThingWorx applications, Mashups, services, and integrations.
Perform corrective and adaptive maintenance of production systems.
Monitor system performance, ensure application stability, and optimize reliability.
Collaborate with manufacturing sites to reproduce issues and implement fixes.
Maintain clear documentation of incidents, changes, and improvement actions.
Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
Implement small-to-mid enhancements under guidance from senior developers.
Refactor and optimize legacy code as part of continuous improvement efforts.
Support data flow optimizations between ThingWorx, Kepware, and cloud services.
Contribute to internal development standards and best practices.
Collaboration & Learning • Work with cross-regional teams (Europe, India, China, US).
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and development reviews .
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
3–5 years of experience in software development or technical support roles.
Practical experience with ThingWorx (Mashups, services, data modeling).
Basic experience with Kepware and industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting mindset; ability to analyze logs and debug issues.
Good scripting skills (JavaScript / ThingWorx services).
Understanding of industrial IoT concepts and connectivity.
Ability to work independently and within distributed teams.
English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
