About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic two-year Rotational Program. The Associate Product Manager (APM) Rotational Program is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in product management. This two-year rotational program is designed to teach you how products are developed, launched, and improved to meet customer needs and support business goals.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with partners across engineering, design, sales, and marketing to help bring ideas to life. You will learn how to gather customer insights, use data to inform decisions, and contribute to product planning and delivery. This role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to different parts of the business to support your professional growth.

Through the APM Rotational Program, we aspire to develop high-performing, engaged Product Managers by building a pipeline and promoting promising young talent into our PM organization. We aim to elevate the performance of US Product Management through impactful APM project work, while exposing the APMs to diverse experiences and guiding them in their career growth.

* This is a hybrid position for our Alpharetta, Georgia office. Only local candidates will be considered. *

Proposed Start Date: June 8, 2026
Graduation Qualifications: Qualified applicants should have completed their studies or expect to finish between December 2025 and May 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer discovery activities to understand user needs and help shape product solutions.

  • Support product planning and delivery by tracking commitments and sharing updates with the team.

  • Review data from existing dashboards to identify trends and share insights with partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to explore and propose solutions to user problems.

  • Contribute to go-to-market activities, including product launches and customer communications.

  • Help document clear product requirements and user stories based on customer needs.

  • Learn and apply the company’s technology and product development practices.

  • Ask questions, seek feedback, and support the execution of product strategies.

Requirements

  • Be on track to receive or have completed a bachelor's or master's in Business, Finance, or a related field of study by May 2026.

  • Demonstrate an interest or background in finance, with enthusiasm for learning how product teams manage product financials and a clear desire to grow a long-term career in product management.

  • Be a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who adapts to changes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Be a natural problem solver, able to work independently, collaboratively with team members, and lead project teams to resolve issues.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen, share ideas, collaborate effectively with others, and interact with team members and stakeholders.

  • Be self-driven and open to receiving and applying constructive feedback.

  • Possess excellent organization, project planning, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 - $89,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
