Position Summary
The EMEA Product team plays a key role within our Global Gaming Product organisation, driving regional product objectives and supporting the successful delivery of global strategy. We work to ensure that our Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) portfolio is competitive, compliant, and aligned with the needs of our customers across the region.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the full product lifecycle of EGM products across EMEA. This includes gathering and analysing market intelligence, preparing product requirements, coordinating releases, and assisting commercial teams with product‑related enquiries.
This is an ideal role for an early‑career professional passionate about gaming, technology, and product development. You will gain broad exposure to product strategy, customer engagement, competitive analysis, and regional product operations.
Maintain and update product roadmaps to ensure accuracy and alignment with regional priorities
Stay informed on the latest game releases, product updates, and industry developments
Support the creation of business cases and competitive assessments
Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity
Document and organise functional requirements for new and existing products
Coordinate product and game releases across EMEA markets
Support product launches, end‑of‑sale processes, and end‑of‑life planning
Create and maintain internal and external product documentation
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Product Management team

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Clear and confident communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Basic understanding of product development processes
Curious, creative, and proactive approach to problem‑solving
Work Conditions
Based in Barcelona, Spain
Occasional travel within the EMEA region may be required

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong interest in gaming, entertainment technology, or product innovation
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
0–2 years’ experience in Product Management, Gaming, or Technology (preferred but not essential)
