Job Summary
• This role is responsible for understanding the products/solutions and communicating the use cases and business value addition to the client. The role addresses customer objections, gathers feedback for product improvement, and creates proposal documentation to help customers understand product benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Develops an understanding of the products or solutions being offered, including architecture, integration capabilities, and customization options.
  • Gathers detailed requirements and supports in designing tailored solutions that address the specific needs of the customer.
  • Works closely with various internal teams, such as product development, engineering, and support, to ensure a smooth transition from the presales phase to the post-sales phase.
  • Addresses objections or concerns raised by customers and provides clear explanations or solutions to overcome the objections.
  • Gathers customer feedback and requirements and shares them with internal teams to drive product improvement.
  • Contributes to the creation of documentation, such as case studies to help customers understand the technical aspects and benefits of the product.
  • Stays updated with the latest product enhancements, industry trends, and technological advancements.
  • Organizes workshops for potential or existing customers to dive deeper into the product's capabilities and address specific use cases.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in IT, Science, Technology, Engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in value selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
