The Opportunity:

We are seeking a People Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping our HR strategy through data-driven insights. In this role, you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to uncover and share actionable insights, while managing data analytics projects from end to end. You will also collaborate closely with technical team bridging communication and ensuring the successful delivery of data products that support HR strategy and improve process efficiency. This is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a tangible impact through analytics. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide actionable insights and advisory services via dashboards, analytical tools and presentations to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Serve as a project manager and trusted advisor for data & analytics workstreams on HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction, collaborate closely with the BI-dev team to ensure effective communication between data engineers and stakeholders without a technical background. 
  • Contributes to the design and development of data products, such as dashboards, presenting key datasets for performance monitoring. 
  • Work with all HR domain teams to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and prioritize system enhancements. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Economics, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in data related role e.g. data analyst, data project manager, preferably within a fast-paced tech company or professional services.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proven experiences making recommendations to senior stakeholders using data analysis and data visualization skills.
  • Strong in advanced Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • An ownership mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, learn and adapt quickly to new challenges together with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of challenging the status quo and proposing improvements to existing processes and curiosity to understanding the story behind the numbers. 
  • Experience in a multicultural or international work environment.
