Associate Portfolio Manager, Private Asset Management
The Associate Portfolio Manager, Private Asset Management supports the management of high net worth individual and trust portfolios by implementing tailored investment strategies. This role works closely with Senior Portfolio Managers to deliver exceptional client service, conduct investment research, and contribute to the implementation of asset allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manages existing and transition (both permanent and temporary) portfolio assets and reviews adherence to client’s investment policy statement on a regular basis.
  • Meets with clients annually, at a minimum, to discuss capital markets, client investment objectives, asset allocation, account activity, and performance. 
  • Supports portfolio construction and rebalancing in alignment with client objectives and risk tolerances. 
  • Analyzes investment performance and prepares reporting materials for client review meetings. 
  • Conducts market research, monitors industry trends, performs risk analysis, and makes recommendations for portfolio adjustments. 
  • Collaborates with Senior Portfolio Managers on strategic investment recommendations. 
  • Ensures portfolios remain compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinates with internal teams on account administration, trading, and operations.
  • Responds to client inquires and supports client relationship initiatives. 
Additional Responsibilities
  • All licenses must be obtained within 120 days from start date.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: Series 65
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working directly with wealth management individuals/clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working directly with wealth management individuals/clients

  • CFA, CFP Certification

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $103,000/yr - $125,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
