Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 annually
Position Summary: The Associate, Outbound Operations role is designed to be the day-to-day operational lead to help facilitate the hand-off and transactional process of products for the retail doors, and third-party logistics partners within the European region. They will ensure all allocated products arrive at their respective location in an accurate & timely manner. They’ll work collaboratively across departments to address, prevent, or resolve any potential issues that impact the successful delivery of assigned products. Under the guidance of the Outbound Operations Manager, they’ll work to optimize efficiencies while ensuring compliance with all operational policies & procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day receiving of all departments of our 3PL’s withing the European region.
Creating and coordinating Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs) in partnership with our overseas team.
Review and prioritize ASNs according to release dates set forth by both Kith and our Multi-Brand vendors.
Review aged ASNs and troubleshoot all pending issues in partnership with our dedicated 3PL representative(s).
Communicate cross-departmentally with relevant product teams including but not limited to the buying and web fulfillment teams.
In partnership with the allocations team, retail doors, and warehouse teams, oversee the distribution of assigned products from the 3PL.
Perform audits on inventory availability and coordinating shipments to ensure delivery withing strategic delivery windows.
Partner with 3PL to coordinate picks.
Partner with Web fulfillment team on release updates.
Creating reports and providing resources to retail doors on what shipments to expect.
Reviewing transactions and reconciling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Provide operational efficiency insights to both the retail General Managers and the Sr. Operations Manager to allow for constructive feedback and performance monitoring of local Operations Managers.
Special Projects/tasks:
Provide support to other markets, as assigned.
Provide analytical insight into assigned territories to relevant business partners
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of Supply chain experience
2+ years of ERP & POS experience
Multi-customer experience is required
Exenta experience is strongly preferred
Experience handling ASNs, containers, and Pre Announcements (PAs) is strongly preferred
Experience with European market is preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and a strong sense of urgency and high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Must have excellent organizational, follow-up, and follow through skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
