About the Role
Under the direction of the CDU Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), the CDU ANUMS are supernumerary positions that fulfil the roles and responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, demonstrating expert knowledge and skills, whilst assuming a prominent management focus within the CDU.

Classifications for this position will range between YW11 - YW12 ($106,834.00 - $110,432.10 per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
-Current AHPRA Registration
-Registered Nurse, Division 1
-Post graduate qualification in Cancer Nursing
-Experience as an ANUM or CNS
-Experience as a Registered Nurse in a Chemotherapy Day Unit, or in Chemotherapy Administration Planning
Expertise in use of electronic chemotherapy prescribing systems- MOSAIQ® desirable
Evidence of Anti-cancer Drug Administration Course (ADAC) Certification with up to date module completion
-Demonstrated effective organisational and time management skills, and the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities
-Demonstrated excellence in collaboration, leadership and teaching
-Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

St. Vincent's Cancer Services is committed to providing exceptional care to patients and their families, with kindness and compassion. The Chemotherapy Day Unit (CDU) incorporates 21 treatment chairs, in Addition to the Apheresis Unit, Cancer Care at Home Program, Symptom Urgent Review Clinic, band one marrow biopsy service. Working alongside the Haematology and Oncology Units, including Clinical Trials Teams, the broader team strive to provide the highest level of evidence-based care to our patients, whilst maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
