Position Overview:  

We’re looking for an Associate Media Manager to lead tactical campaign development and execution across global brand-media within the Performance Marketing center of excellence. This individual will be a subject matter expert on digital media best practices across a diversified channel mix and are responsible for planning, building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns for supported brands & paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple clients, with a focus on driving performance and ROI to meet the brand goals.  

 

We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset with deep functional knowledge and proficiency in core digital media channels, specifically paid search, paid social, online video and programmatic display.

Essential Functions:

  • Strategic Development: 

    • Assists in the strategic development of assigned channel(s), including participation in ideation sessions, channel road-mapping, quarterly paid media executive summaries, and assisting with forecasting inputs. 

    • Meet with channel vendors and agency partners to ensure we are up to date on platform best practices, new features & tests, and monitoring performance relative to our industry.  

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand & digital marketing, analytics and creative to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives. 

    • Provides proactive tactical optimization recommendations for assigned channel(s) 

    Campaign Execution: 

    • Deliver operational excellence, ensuring our paid media programs are meeting best practice standards with flawless media execution and management. 

    • Handles campaign setup and execution for assigned channel(s), including campaign building, budget pacing, creative trafficking and A/B test implementation. 

    • Own media optimization using data-driven insights to deliver against defined KPIs. 

    • Responsible for liaising with creative/marketing teams and external agency partners for asset hand-off. 

     

    Reporting:  

    • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform actionable data-driven decisions and continuous optimization. 

    • Responsible for providing frequent pacing and performance updates for assigned channel(s), including data review and insights generation for recurring reporting deliverables.  

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.  

Required Qualifications:   

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in advertising, media management, and/or media buying; experience in paid search, with hands-on executional experience in planning and running large-scale campaigns across Google, Bing, Programmatic and Meta (agency experience preferred). 

    • Multi-channel planning or activation experience recommended but not required. 

    • Experience designing, setting up and analyzing results for A/B tests.  

    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 

    • Strong verbal and written communication. 

    • Detailed oriented, organized and ability to multi-task. 

    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

Working Conditions:  

  • Hybrid (3x per week in office)

 

The anticipated pay range for this position is $66,500-95,750 annually.  The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.  In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.  

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
