What will you work on?
As the Associate Marketing Project Manager at Sago Mini, you will be a crucial support system for our global marketing campaigns. You will help ensure our creative vision reaches millions of families by supporting the lifecycle of creative assets for the Piknik product portfolio, with a primary focus on Toca Boca Jr. This role is responsible for managing the project pipeline and asset delivery from brief submission to final distribution.
How will you create impact?
Triage production tasks and manage stakeholder expectations through the review process using our project management tools.
Own the end-to-end localization workflow, coordinating with partners to ensure marketing assets are ready for global markets.
Organize our digital asset management systems, ensuring all final deliverables are audited, up-to-date, and accessible.
Support growth and engagement teams by ensuring all project briefs include proper specs for various channels (Paid UA, CRM, social media, app stores).
Manage website content updates and coordinate site management tasks.
Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure the highest quality from draft to final version.
What are your skills and experience?
Previous experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and localization tools is an asset.
Experience in mobile gaming, ed-tech, or designing products for children and families is a plus.
A PMP or SCRUM Master certification is considered an asset.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $85,000 to $95,000 per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
