Principal Roles & Responsibilities (主要职责)
1. 战略制定与新药上市 (Launch & Strategic Planning)
新药上市： 负责新产品/新适应症的上市全过程。基于深度市场洞察，制定“从 0 到 1”的上市策略，包括定位、定价建议及多渠道准入计划。
全生命周期策略： 制定并执行中长期战略计划（1-3年），识别市场机会与挑战，确保产品在不同生命周期的竞争优势。
2. 卓越运营与绩效管理 (Operational Excellence)
高效执行： 领导团队将战略转化为可落地的行动方案，建立具备SMART 标准的 KPI 体系，监控执行进度并确保结果达成。
资源优化： 精准管理市场预算（A&P），优化资源配置，确保投入产出比（ROI）最大化。
3. 数字化与生态圈创新 (Digital & Ecosystem Innovation)
数字化驱动： 推动数字化市场营销转型，利用数据分析提升决策效率，构建线上线下融合的创新互动模式。
生态圈共建： 识别并建立与外部利益相关者的合作，通过创新业务模式（如支付方案、数字化医疗）解决患者痛点。
4. 团队领导与人才发展 (Leadership & People Development)
负责团队的招聘、培养与激励。践行罗氏领导力承诺（VACC），通过 Coach和 Catalyst 角色提升团队整体胜任力。
5. 跨职能协作 (Cross-functional Collaboration)
内部影响力： 确保与销售、医学、准入、合规等部门的高效协同，打破组织孤岛，达成步调一致的业务目标。
Qualification and Experience (能力与经验要求)
教育背景： 临床医学、药学或商业管理硕士（MBA）优先。
行业经验： 具备 10 年以上 医药行业经验，其中至少 7 年 市场部管理经验。核心加分项： 必须具备至少一个成功的新药上市（Launch）全周期管理经验。
胜任力要求：
