We are seeking an Associate Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team at our headquarters in Inchinnan, Paisley.
The role
In this role, you will partner closely with Market Development teams and Marketing Campaign Specialists to deliver high-quality, tactical marketing activities that support strategic campaigns. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with brand and business objectives.
You’ll bring operational excellence, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Execute marketing activities that support regional campaign objectives, driving customer engagement, revenue, and growth
- Collaborate with Regional Market Development Managers (RMDs) and other Marketing Operations functions to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage end-to-end production workflows using Workfront, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets
- Develop clear and concise briefs, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to track progress and meet deadlines
- Contribute to campaign planning by advising on timelines, channels, formats, and production processes
- Coordinate procurement of third-party services (e.g. media, print, promotional materials, translations) where required
- Ensure appropriate tracking is in place to measure campaign performance
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g. email, web, and social media performance) against defined objectives
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through high-quality execution, clear messaging, and strong customer journeys
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements, collaborating with Global Brand and Legal teams as needed
- Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as required
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to manage stakeholders and align on objectives
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in content creation, messaging, and campaign delivery
- Comfortable working in a diverse, international environment across the EMEA region
