Job Description:

General Description:

• Market access manager will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategy to ensure patient access to BeOne’s product in Korea

Essential Functions of the job:

• Lead development and execution of market access initiatives & strategies for the products by demonstrating their clinical, economic, and societal value using a deep knowledge of the local environment.

• Customize global value dossier and value message to local needs and develop local pricing and reimbursement dossier in time

• Collaborate with HEOR for development and adaptation of health economic models, cost, and outcomes studies.

• Collaborate closely with local and international colleagues from Marketing and Medical to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions and ensure the collection and analysis of useful observational or market research data.

• Work with global/regional market access and HEOR to ensure local requirements are reflected effectively in their plan and local plan is aligned with company direction.

• Assist Market Access Lead to developing and executing Access Stakeholders Management Plan

• Support early planning for pipeline with regards to evaluation trends in access process, endpoints and stakeholders to inform launch readiness.

• Monitor and communicate relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and patient access activities of competitors to the cross-functional team.

• Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct).

Qualification Required:

Education / Experience Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree. Degrees in pharmacy or health science related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with minimum 2 years of experiences in market access(Preferred)

• Good knowledge of the healthcare system/policies and drug pricing and reimbursement procedure

• Proven track record of working in oncology or/and specialized products

• Holistic and strategic vision

• Demonstrate deep scientific knowledge capacity

• Demonstrated ability to communicate information effectively to a variety of stakeholders

• Persuasive communication with high presentation skills

• Languages: Fluent English

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills required.

Travel: Approximately 10%
