Our Haleon Global Capability Centre (GCC), located in Bengaluru, India is rapidly expanding with exciting new positions being created in multiple functions.

The Finance, Digital & Technology, HR and Procurement functions are co-located, and work with colleagues and partners around the world. Transition Management (Movement of work into regional Hubs, GCC) and Transformation projects are important focus areas for the Haleon, and we are currently building Project Management Capability in the GCC to manage ongoing transformation demand.

You’ll be part of the Transition and Transformation Team, reporting into the Transition and Transformation Head working in close collaboration and partnership with multiple stakeholders across the board to enable delivery of the Haleon strategic roadmap.

Your Role:
The Transition and Transformation Team has oversight and end to end delivery accountability for a wide portfolio of Transition and Transformation programs and projects spanning Service Transition, Operating Model, Process and Enterprise level transformation.
You will work in close partnership with the Project Management Centre of Excellence Lead, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Transition Managers and PMO -
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
Support the planning and execution of project activities across the full project lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to track deliverables and ensure alignment with timelines.
Assist in risk, issue, and dependency tracking and escalate when required.
Maintain and update project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, and status trackers.
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate regular project meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Build productive working relationships with delivery teams, SMEs, and business partners.
Documentation & Governance
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project charters, BRDs, change requests, and process maps.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, PMO standards, and compliance requirements.
Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date documentation.
Process & Continuous Improvement
Identify areas to improve project processes and support implementation of best practices.
Contribute to lessons-learned sessions, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing.
Tools & Reporting
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
Utilize PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent.

Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years’ work experience in projects
Demonstrated understanding in Transitions, project, program, portfolio management processes and principles.
Demonstrated understanding of delivering projects through both Agile and waterfall approach.
Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills- must have
