Associate Manager, Power Platforms Automation

Salary range is:

$94,890.40 - $120,000.00

This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role

The Associate Manager, Power Platforms Automation will lead, design and deliver innovative solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. This role will manage platform administration, governance, and compliance, ensuring scalable and optimized environments. Strong expertise in data modeling, and integration with Azure and APIs is essential. In addition, this role will lead a team of technical professionals, setting goals, prioritizing resources, and driving high-quality, timely project delivery.


 

Key Responsibilities:

Power Apps

  • Building canvas and model-driven apps.

  • Integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or external APIs.

Power Automate

  • Design automated workflows and approvals using connectors for Microsoft 365, Salesforce, AWS Connect and other third-party apps.

  • Error handling and flow optimization.

Dataverse & Data Skills

  • Understanding relational data modeling.

  • Security roles and data access management.

  • Integration with Azure, SQL, and API.

Platform Administration & Governance

  • Managing environments, solutions, and Dataverse capacity.

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting flows, apps, and integrations

  • Applying governance and compliance policies.

  • Expertise with Power Platform Admin Center.

People Management

  • Lead and develop a team of 4 or more technical resources.

  • Define team and individual goals aligned to project deliverables, including quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

  • Allocate and prioritize resources based on project scope and timelines.


 

Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in relevant field required

  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant professional work experience.

  • Quantitative data analysis experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate teammates.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a problem-solving environment.

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively work from a remote home office.

  • Experience with lean / agile methodologies.
