Roles & Responsibilities

Analytics Delivery & AI Enablement

  • Develop and deliver advanced analytical solutions — descriptive/explanatory models, decision support models, and optimization techniques — to address complex commercial business problems.
  • Apply statistical analysis, regression modelling, clustering, segmentation, and portfolio analysis to uncover data-driven trends and insights.
  • Design and oversee test frameworks (A/B testing, geo-experiments, matched markets) to evaluate marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and commercial initiatives.
  • Build and automate MMx pipelines using Bayesian/hierarchical MMx, adstock/distributed lag, and saturation/response curve methodologies.
  • Launch and scale agentic AI solutions — multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG architectures, and real-time analytics platforms — for commercial decision-making.

Stakeholder Support & Business Understanding

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate commercial objectives into actionable analytical projects and recommendations.
  • Build KPI dashboards and measurement frameworks to track performance and deliver insights to senior leadership.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define problem statements, gather data, and identify decision-making KPIs.
  • Embed AI analytics platforms into commercial workflows, driving enterprise-wide adoption.

Omnichannel & Commercial Analytics

  • Conduct portfolio analyses to optimize resource allocation, product positioning, and investment strategies.
  • Track performance metrics across personal and non-personal promotion channels (reach, engagement, channel effectiveness).
  • Implement causal inference and incrementality frameworks — geo-experiments, matched markets, synthetic controls, uplift modeling — to support commercial decisions.
  • Operationalize LLMs for knowledge retrieval, summarization, generative analytics, and automated insight generation.
  • Leverage MTA, CRM data (e.g., Veeva), and AI-driven next-best-action frameworks to optimize omnichannel strategies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Mentor junior analysts and support team capability development.
  • Lead multiple analytical projects simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery within timelines.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing, peer reviews, and training across the analytics team.
  • Champion AI governance best practices — risk management, model monitoring, privacy, and human-in-the-loop principles.

Technical Execution & Data Handling

  • Build and maintain datasets, models, dashboards, and reports on cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark).
  • Enable agent collaboration and task orchestration within commercial analytics and decision science contexts.
  • Conduct rigorous data validation, quality checks, and documentation of analytical processes.
  • Partner with data engineering and BIT teams to resolve data structure and quality issues.
  • Adhere to governance and compliance standards — including HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA — across all analytical work.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of statistical analysis, optimization techniques, and decision support models.
  • Expertise in Bayesian/hierarchical MMx, adstock/distributed lag, saturation/response curve modeling, and operationalizing these methodologies in automated pipelines and platforms.
  • Proficiency with causal inference and incrementality tools — geo-experiments, matched markets, synthetic controls, and uplift modeling.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling agentic AI solutions — multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG architectures, semantic layers, and real-time analytics architectures.
  • Deep proficiency in enabling agent collaboration, negotiation, and task orchestration, including coordination of agent roles/functions within a commercial analytics or decision science context.
  • Strong understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
