Associate Manager, Customer Supply Chain Business Integration

Overview

The Customer Supply Chain Business Integration Associate Manager plays a strategic role in aligning supply chain operations with commercial objectives in Pakistan. Acting as the key link between SC Johnson (SCJ) Pakistan and its joint venture partner, this role drives the successful integration of planning, logistics, procurement, PCM, quality, and toll manufacturing activities to enable consistent business performance and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead demand and supply planning integration, ensure operational excellence across extended supply chain functions, and manage escalations with vendors, procurement teams, external manufacturers, and partners. You will represent Pakistan’s supply chain in monthly business reviews, drive strategic initiatives, and provide data-driven insights that translate operational decisions into meaningful business impact.

This role also plays a part in people processes by serving as the HR liaison for contract employees and overseeing smooth collaboration across internal and external supply chain stakeholders.

About the Team/Department

The MENAPT Business Integration team partners closely with commercial, supply planning, procurement, logistics, external manufacturing, finance, and quality functions. The team ensures seamless end-to-end integration, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across markets within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain Planning and Commercial teams to ensure strong business alignment.
  • Monitor and clearly communicate supply risks, constraints, and opportunities, ensuring alignment within the Cluster S&OP process.
  • Identify operational and strategic challenges using data and analytics, recommending actionable, business‑focused solutions.
  • Translate supply chain insights into clear narratives tailored for business and JV leaders.
  • Support execution of cost savings, efficiency, and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate problem‑solving across functions to address supply, demand, and customer service issues.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvements, system integrations, and broader transformation projects.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, including COGS, DP, SF&ODE, Inventory, AP, and CFR.
  • Act as the HR liaison for contract employees, supporting smooth operations and people processes.
